Egg Raviolini at Mad Tomato in Saint Louis, MO

This is an amazing appetizer and my favorite dish. The giant raviolis are stuffed with ricotta and a rich golden egg yolk. They are placed on asparagus and a fabulously seasoned sauce. This photo doesn't do it justice. It's incredible.
