Amuse bouche (l-r): lobster panna cotta, corn chowder, homemade corn nuts with hot sauce, cracker filled with cheddar cheese. The panna cotta bite was heaven, just the flavor of lobster in a thick creamy custard. The chowder was barely a swallow, but really tasty. Not sure what to make of the little corn puffs, but they were interesting. The cheddar cracker was crunchy and cheesy (I am such a wordsmith!).
