I was out shooting for Charleston Restaurant Week and couldn't resist posting this shot of.... Carved Beef Sirloin.... braised shortrib, fingerling potatoes, sautéed baby green beans, mushroom brandy cream at High Cotton in Historic downtown Charleston just off the market on East Bay.
