black diamond beef / seared foie gras / fried shallots / wild mushrooms / red wine jam / truffle aioli This was just so yummy and decadent. The ingredients were so good that I could have eaten this without the beef and been almost as satisfied. The foie gras--YUM. The truffle aioli was the best thing on the burger.
