Chicken Katsu Curry

Motivated by Foodspotter Mel N., I tried my very first Japanese curry, and it was absolutely delish! The chicken was lean and moist, and the breading didn't fall apart in the sauce, even with the last bite. I ordered this as medium spicy and by the end of lunch, my nose was running, lol.

According to their website, "Muracci’s curry sauce takes 2 days to prepare. The homemade soup stock, along with vegetables, herbs and spices, are simmered for 20 hours, resulting in a thick creamy curry base." YUM. Now I know why this is your weekly addiction, Mel N. :)
