Custard Bun @ Koi Palace Restaurant

I have been VERY disappointed by past custard buns, where the filling is hardened like a hard-boiled egg yolk, but these were PERFECT! The filling was the perfect texture, creamy and good. Thank you, Koi Palace, for restoring my belief that custard buns are the most delicious dessert dim sum ever!
