Toasted brioche served with pandan coconut gelato topped with Thai caramel sauce and sprinkled with roasted black and white sesame seeds. This crazy dessert was massive, I was overwhelmed after eating 1/6 of it. The brioche is thick, crunchy and sweet, and the gelato has a strong pandan and coconut flavour. Really lovely if you're a dessert lover!
