Reindeer, Boar and Duck Bratwurst @ Biker Jim's Gourmet Dogs

Okay, this is just the boar, and it's at Jim's new brick & mortar place on Larimer, but I'm trying to upload this to one of Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations guides. I promise I will sample the reindeer and the duck on future visits, and there will be future visits.

Get "The Usual" - a classic dog with toppings (I went with "The International": wasabi aioli, caramelized apples, and shaved Irish cheddar), house-made fries, and a fountain drink or PBR for about $10.
