I definitely could not go past this when I saw it on the menu. This consisted of sliced layers of vanilla bean ice cream, caramel fudge and baklava nuts. Absolutely a favourite! I love nuts, caramel and ice cream, and combining everything into one dessert could not go wrong with me. Wish there was more =[ I may or may not have used my birthday wish on more of this dessert...

Balcava ice cream? Wha-whaaat?! The caramel baklava ice cream is inspired by the popular Middle Eastern pastry. While there is no filo pastry in the ice cream, it otherwise tastes like what you may imagine a baklava ice cream to taste. The pastry in the back is bougatsa, a crispy pastry shell with a custard filling, also very good.
Great way to finish the meal.
Delicious treat!!! Lots of caramel sauce!
