This was good. My wife and I shared this. She ordered it, and asked for medium-well done, I would have asked for, and would recommend medium-rare. What really makes Beef on Kimmelweck is the bun. This particular one had enough salt for me, but very few caraway seeds. Anyway it was still pretty good.
