The renowned burger at the one Michelin Star The Spotted Pig. I finally got to try it. Served on a perfectly grilled pillowy brioche bun, medium rare. Nicely executed! You need to like Roquefort to enjoy this which I do. Definitely a must try burger in NYC. As much as I enjoyed this, the sheep's milk ricotta gnudi is still my favorite thing on the menu.

Howie L @Emily - the rosemary wasn't a problem to be honest. I found a lot of them just fell to the plate when I picked up the fries.
