Chuk (Leftover Turkey Dish) at Kimi's Hale in Nanakuli, Hawaii

Feeling under the weather today so I made Chuk with the left over turkey. Its basically just a soup using Carrots, celery, potato, onions, rice, garlic, leftover turkey meat with herbs & a dash of tabassco...ahh feeling better already :))
