I've always wanted to try sushi, but I'm afraid it'll taste too.. well, uncooked! Should I go for it? And this one looks delicious :)

@ Angela, ofcourse you should. The fish is just delicious, very tender. And the rice is cooked ofcourse. But if you're not sure, why don't you start with the vegetarian sushi? Try them with cucumber, avocado, sweet omelette... problem solved. And once you've done that, it's only a baby step to the fishy ones :D.
