Very nice pizza--I got the sausage with a great garlic rub included. Yum!

Tried it again and it was just as good as the first time! Yes, it's wilty in the middle -- and that's the way I LOVE it. As "Jason L. on Yelp put it: The pizza was just about perfect napolitana style - soft, chewy crust, crisp on the outside, some black char spots, soft in the middle. Note that this style of pizza is not supposed to be crispy, that's pizza romana. Napolitana is cooked for a very short time -- no more than 90 seconds -- and as a result it stays chewy.

Absolutely amazing. Ever since I visited Northern Italy, I'd been looking for that perfect, thin, crispy crust pizza. This is it. The varieties change almost every day, but all that I've tried were amazing.
