Poached Eggs with Kale & Pea Purée on Harissa Bread @ Cafe Colette

So after this great refreshing Grapefruit (see above...) came the Poached Eggs with Kale & Pea Purée on Harissa Bread. Sounds quite exciting right? Well... it was good, really good, but it was so damn small! It really felt like an inventive snack that I could have made at home on a lucky day.

But, Taste is what matters the most, size is overrated, so I have to give it to Colette Cafe, the Poached Eggs were perfectly cooked (and I know my stuff when it comes to poached eggs!) the kale was delicious, very tender, the harissa was a nice touch, but not too spicy. Really nice dish overall, I guess I was just a tad too hungry to fully appreciate it.
