Tamarind Fried Chicken at Near, around and at my place in Tutong, Brunei Darussalam

I'm crazy for fried chicken and ironically this type of marinated is my fav. Pounded shallot, garlic, ginger and tamarind is rubbed to chicken pieces, chilli paste is then added together with a bit of tumeric powder, curry powder, chilli powder and seasoning.
