Bonnie Anderson Sorry for above comment, meant to say According to HGTV'S Food Network these are the best blueberry pancakes and local New Yprkers interviewed agreed... Their secret maple butter syrup and add blueberries at the last minute so they don't burst in the batter and turn it purple they stay plump moist ready to explode with juicy goodness in each bite. Mmmmmmm
