The restaurant delivers dishes from the kitchen straight to your table on a miniature bullet train. Each table has an iPad that was preloaded with the Genki Sushi App, serving as an electronic menu for you to place your order. It was so cool to see the freshly made sushi delivered by bullet train arriving promptly to your table! You can take your dishes and send the train back to the kitchen with the press of a button.
