Are you ready for Bizarre Foods America? Andrew is! Check out this Andrew Zimmern creation: stewed liver, pig uterus, and pig intestines as the bottom layer. Pureed watercress and English peas make up the second layer and are finished off with a few tater tots. Bizarre, but good.
