Ekmek kataifi from a new patisserie in Piraeus. It consists in four layers, bottom is spicy sponge cake, then comes kataifi dough, cream colour is stiff mousse and the top is very fluffy and runny stuff which has a consistency of whipped egg white. It is quite unconventional as Greek ekmek kataifi. Nevertheless everything is well combined and has nicely deep sugar taste. So we liked it in its own light, if not as ekmek kataifi.
