Causa Nikei @ La Mar Cebicheria Peruana

Purple potato causa, Ahi Tuna, Nikei sauce, avocado puree, creamy ají amarillo and rocoto Huancaína sauce. Pretty presentation... but couldn't get over the purple play-doh-like resemblances.
