The yokes of the eggs were HUGE! There were two pork chops there, albeit small ones. The biscuits were very light and fluffy. I was thinking "whoever Gretchen is, she must be a big girl!" Turns out it is country music singer Gretchen Wilson - Powhattan, IL is her hometown!
