Calabrian version of the italian Polpette, these meatballs are different from all the others for the type of bread used - only hard leftover pieces of the wood oven cooked bread. So unique! then just pork and beef minced meat, garlic eggs pepper and parmigiano. Deep fry in olive oil and serve warm or cold, as you prefer :-)
