I love this. Cold chewy noodles with loves of cooling crunchy cucumbers and a delicious chilli sauce. Mix well before eating, and if you're like me, drink the sauce afterwards.
Cold chewy noodles, cooling cucumber strips, crunchy sesame seeds and ladles of chilli sauce. Mix well before eating, as there is a lot of sauce at the bottom of the bowl. I don't think it's possible not to splash sauce on your chin. Love this dish!
