Pork belly slider with thick slabs of pork belly, spicy sofrito & pickled red cabbage, served as a trio. Pork had kind of a gaminess to it that kind of gave the impression that it may not have been the freshest. Otherwise not bad.

Pork belly + spicy sofrito + pickled red cabbage + brioche buns. The pork belly almost just melt in my mouth as I bite into it! Nom nom nom~ O.M.G I will return to this place to try other dishes!
