Chorizo Hash at Orange Restaurant in Chicago, IL

Holy cow! This is an awesome dish. The Chorizo is seasoned perfectly and the potatoes are swimming in the seasonings. Add a couple of eggs, toast and mixed greens and it's a plate of awesomeness. We had this as a side to the pancake flight.
