That looks like 'real meat', not what we have in Spain...

What it sells here in Spain does not seem to be neither far to this, here sold the Turkish Kebab, whose quality and taste has nothing to do with this. I remember my last trip to an Arab country, Syria, where I found one of these in Aleppo and went all and each one of the days I was there, the taste was exquisite to notice the quality of the lamb.
