Having a husband from Philadelphia gets us to travel to this great city every year. We go to a different restaurant every time for the oh-so-famous Philly Cheesesteaks. 2009 was Jim's Steaks turn. This is the "production line" from the "hunger line." From my cellphone to your eyes.

A classic "Steak w/ Whiz" at Jim's Steaks on South Street in Philadelphia. In my opinion, the best cheesesteak, period. Definitely worth standing in line for over-an-hour!
