There's various levels of richness in the chocolates of this dessert. This is definitely not for the faint if heart. The cookie is a little hard, so you'll probably need a fork to stab it apart. Very delicious!

Dark chocolate truffle ice cream and chocolate chunks sandwiched between two rich chocolate chip cookies. Served with a dark chocolate ganache for dipping, in case you need any more chocolate. Excellent!
