Beef Rendang at Lavender Food Square in , Singapore

Tender stewed beef from the one stall here that serves this nice plate. The spice combination is a recently new flavor profile for me, I've thoroughly enjoyed these types of encounters while exploring Singapore. Sautéed green beans, 1/2 of fried egg, a cucumber slice and pappadam for sides. Solid again and again.
