Baja Fish Taco @ Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill

If you're going to eat at Rubio's, be sure to check out the original. I love their crispy Baja Fish Tacos, filled with beer-battered fish, shredded cabbage, yogurt sauce and salsa fresca. Their side of chips is always fresh and salty — just the way I like it.
