With pork shoulder and seasoned egg. Pretty good except that we were seated at the rear of the restaurant and it was blazingly hot which made for an uncomfortable eat.

Rich, meaty flavored broth. Noodles were just the right amount of chewy. Seasoned egg was still runny on the inside. Delicious!!!
