These are still my favorite XLB in Chinatown. They are large and very brothy. Today, they were thinner and more delicate that normal so we had to be really careful not to tear the skins and lose the broth.
Still the best XLB I've had. They are very large, have delicate skins, lots of broth, and the pork filling has a nice crumbly texture.

Tied for best XLB in Manhattan with Shanghai Asian Cuisine (though I think the two restaurants are related). Large XLB, with thin skins, lots of very porky broth, and a crumbly pork mixture inside. Excellent with a bit of black vinegar.
