Ahh, this looks great! Rich broth. How are the noodles?

I prefer the thinner noodles & I like to control the 'broth-to-noodle' ratio, so I really enjoyed this dish. The broth was so thick & flavorful; really well done. I have a pic of the empty bowl (plenty of flotsam floating around), but decided not to post!!!
