Excellent and very unique #ramen -- thick, smooth gravy-like broth with dashi (#fish) powder isn't for everyone, but the thick noodles were delicious, if a little mooshy for my taste.

East Village Eats I prefer the thinner noodles & I like to control the 'broth-to-noodle' ratio, so I really enjoyed this dish. The broth was so thick & flavorful; really well done. I have a pic of the empty bowl (plenty of flotsam floating around), but decided not to post!!!
