Tuna Tartare and a Gin Martini @ Bix Restaurant

specifically....a Hendricks Gin Martini! Delicious!

Tuna and gin were an interesting combo, but iPhone and low light certainly aren't.

Tuna tartare was a pleasant combination of taste of savory and freshness. As for the gin martini, fantastic showmanship!
