If I were on that Food Network show, "Best Thing I Ever Ate..." I would have to say shabu-shabu in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles. You cook the meat and veggies in the broth, take them out and dip them into the ponzu and peanut sauces and eat with rice. SO AMAZING. There was a wait, but definitely worth it.
