The famous Indonesian Babi Guling or whole roasted pig can be found in Ubud, Bali. It's worth a try.
We tried to come here in feb 2008 and it was closed. Today I finally got to eat the most wonderful babi guling :) the spices were incredible, just as Rick stein and Anthony bourdain tell me so often. Now I can die happy ( but not yet)....
