I always has a thing for hainan delicacies cos i'm a hainanese. Today I'm introducing something related to my culture "Hainanese Porridge". The stall selling three type "Fish, chicken & pork". Among the three, pork porridge is the highlight. The porridge is cooked until slighty broken & is delicate in favour not heavy. There are number of pork slices & soft hand rolled meat balls which makes the porridge pleasantly. $2.50 for standard size bowl. Added $0.30 for additional egg. Soon Lee porridge stall.
