Grilled achiote shrimp on bed of cabbage slaw, topped with chopped mango, pickled onions and jalapeños, queso fresco, and cilantro. Served with jalapeño tartar sauce on a flour tortilla. Ooooweeeee!

Grilled Achiote shrimp on a bed of cabbage slaw, then topped with chopped mango, pickled onions & jalapenos, queso fresco and cilantro. Served with Jalapeno tartar sauce on a Flour tortilla. Watch out for the sharp bamboo stick they grilled the shrimp on. I almost sticked myself.
