Sure, the atmosphere is a bit touristy, but Caru' cu Bere is from 1879 and well worth the visit. These meat stuffed cabbage leaves are a traditional Romanian dish, and this version was delicious. Served with polenta, sauerkraut, and a fresh sour cream this was a great traditional meal that only took me about 12 bites. If you're in Bucharest, it's a plate not to be missed.
