Alison Weber I helped eat this and if I recall correctly, besides the meat there were beans, the sprinkled cheese, and plantains? Plus a hot soury sauce we used sparingly.

Shredded beef, black beans, white salty cheese and sweet plantains. The sweet plantains and black beans are like night and day. In a good way. The corn flour buns are a true pleasure. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. A true chef's speciality. Try it! You will like it.
