This is my favorite ice cream in Seattle. Handmade with love, they That’s because we steep their custard with real organic spearmint leaves from Full Circle Farm. The tiny, crispy chocolate chips are made using TCHO organic cocoa. You don't need a warm Summer afternoon to enjoy it, but it'll make one of those just perfect, fresh, and sweet!
