Braised Boneless Short Ribs

In-credible. When i first saw it i thought it looked burned beyond recognition, but it was the most tender meat i've ever tasted. The meat was served over couscous. With cherries, teardrop tomatoes, and yellow tomatoes embedded in it. It had just the right amount of italian parsley on top to mix in. This executive chef is incredible at these unconventional combinations.
