Roasted Mushroom, Truffle Cheese Pizza @ Serious Pie

Chanterelle mushrooms and truffle cheese pizza. I love mushrooms, and these were so delicious! It is an olive oil pizza, and is pretty salty. The crust is thin, crispy and airy, and not thick and doughy at all. It is much lighter than it may seem!
