Bienmesabe at Gamboa in Fuengirola, Andalucia

If there is one dish thats a trademark of the south of spain, its bienmesabe!!! (means "this taste good to me" all typed together) its marinated shark fish, battered and deep fried to crispy goodness! Every food stall along the beach serves this dish and its a must try when you're here. At the gambao, not only is it cheap, its one of my favs!
