Pretty freakin amazing. This place is supposedly one of the top 10 places in America to have BBQ. You can tell they put tender, love, and care into their BBQ. I couldn't decide which meat to get so I got the Tres Hombres (brisket, 1/4 rack ribs, and pulled pork). I decided on the soup of the day (cheddar ale made from local beer) and mashed potatoes and gravy for my sides. Everything was amazing! The best meat in my opinion was the ribs. The meat just melted in my mouth and fell off the bone! The sauce was the right taste of tangy and savory. My only regret was that I should've requested burnt ends with my brisket. Other than that I'll be back for the chicken, Mac and cheese, and chilli (which I'll save for a colder day). Definitely give this place a try if you get the chance!
