This was one of the best, if not THE BEST, Naeng Myuns I have ever had. What makes it special? First, instead of Ice Cubes, the Broth is frozen into slush so the coldness is even throughout. The Broth does not become diluted as it does when Ice Cubes melt. Also, the flavor of the Broth is this perfect balance of savory and sweet. The Noodles, made with Arrow Root, have a pleasant, chewy consistency. And all the accompanying Veggies and Beef are the perfect complement. Add lots of Vinegar from the table for a great, sour kick. The perfect summer dish.
