Amazing. Everything is made to order and is served as soon as. The tart is very similar to a chocolate lava cake. The chocolate flavor is very rich but the amount of sweetness is light. Love it. The pink peppercorn ice cream has very distinct flavors. The red wine sauce should really be poured on top of the chocolate tart or ice cream though.
