Cheese Ramen @ Kintaro Ramen Noodle

Mmm -- what an interesting combo! A bitter cheese, like swiss, which melted into the mild chashu broth for chewy deliciousness. It had an odd taste to it, but the noodles were perfect. Worth running to the end of Robson for when I was staying downtown!
