Diablo Chicken Salad at Rio Mambo in Colleyville, Texas

Sorry no pic! What was i thinking? Diablo salad with grilled chicken was very good! Seasoned diced chicken breast over FRESH greens, avocado and thinley diagonally sliced cucumbers! Perfect portion size. Dressing was above average, but i felt could have been a little bolder. Salsa served with chips was flavorfull. Plently of fresh cilantro!
